Croatia!
Wanted to go somewhere close but outside the expensive Eurozone. Having looked at the pictures it does look gorgeous. Can’t wait.
Vannes in France on motorbikes so that we can do some touring in the area.
I’m going to Asterdam in a few weeks as my husband’s band are playing a gig there!
Venice
We’ve just won a holiday to Venice though a valentines day promotion, so to win a guide book as well would be the “perfect match”.
I am going to Budapest this summer for a weekend break, will be handy to have a guidebook to advise on the best way to see everything as I won’t have too much time to explore on my own.
Me and my boyfriend are going to New York on 6th September. We are going for our birthdays; he turns 24 on the 2nd Sept, and I turn the BIG 21 on the 5th Sept. Not only that, but it will be our 4th year anniversary on the 9th, whilst we are out there, so it’s a perfect celebration holiday!! Neither of us have ever been on a ‘long haul’ holiday, we tend to just stay in europe, but going to the big apple has been a dream of ours for years and years.
It’s such a big city, we just don’t have a clue where to start, and we don’t want to miss anything exciting! Your guide would be very handy to make sure we don’t go home disappointed! I’m so excited…I can’t wait!!
We’re off to Tuscany this year – this is our dream holiday, and we are so looking forward to it. I’ve started the research already, and a Footprint guide would kick the itinerary planning off to a great start.
I’d love to get a travel guide for Sweden as we are going there shortly.
Im off to south africa in june for the world cup so a free guide would really come in handy please.
Iceland! It’s at the top of my list.

East Coast of Australia.
My Boyfriend and I are going travelling from Melbourne to Cairns by greyhound bus and will need a guide book to read on the LONG journey! We have been saving up for 2 years and it’s going to be a trip of a lifetime so we’ll need the best book on the market!
New Zealand- we’re heading out there to check it out (thinking of moving there to teach!) and a guidebook would be really handy to help us around the place.
Madrid.
I am learning Spanish and wnat to go somewhere to practise it. Having previously been to Barcelona twice, we have decided to go to Madrid this time, hoping for a bit of culture and weather that is warmer than here!
Bali. Sun, sea, sand.
I’m going to Britain in December to see my family…but they don’t know yet
We’re going on a family road trip to France to see the D-Day beaches, and pay tributre to the bravery seen there.
I’m planning a road trip to California for the summer. I’ve always wanted to feel the wind in my hair as I drive across the state in a convertible.
Central Asia
I’ve wanted to visit the ’stans since I traveled the eastern Silk Road from Xi’an to Islamabad in 2001. I’m planning to start with the mountains in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in August, and then finally reaching Samarkand and Bukhara in late September.
South America
I’m a great fan of Che Guevara and Latin America. This summer I’m going to travel through the whole continent with the guitar as my only companion. So I really need a reliable guidebook that will help me to get safely through Colombia and not get stolen by FARC
I’m going to Budapest for a family get together and a 60th birthday. I’d love a guidebook so we can make the most of the trip.
